TOPIC: [CLOSED] Ban Request for Trails

Name - What is the accused person's name?: Trails
STEAM-ID - What is the accused person's STEAM-ID?: STEAM_0:0:47834974
Reason - What rules did the person break?: Disrespect of Admin/Mod (Made Sexual Gay references), and RDM.
Story - What happened?: The Moderator (Fuzzy) brought Trails to ask him questions about RDMIng a few people and this was his 'Clever' response.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened.: http://videobam.com/WFXWB
Server - What server was this on?: Zombie RP
Time and date (CET) - 8/3/13 at 20:46:42
Other comment - Anything else you want to add?: Please take action, this isn't even close to his first complaint/ban and for those who can't see it, the sign he is holding says the admins name "Fuzzy".

This is Fuzzy and yes he did do this in the evidence i say it doesnt bother me but i was really getting frustrated. +support

I agree With thier claim i mean i am moderating there alot and i was called about Trails more than several times for many numerous reasons.

How about you post a video of the "RDM" instead of this random crap that has nothing to do with the actual claim.
And plus, I apologized and pointed out it was a joke shortly after to Fuzzy.

It doesn't matter, things like that are actually offensive and can be extremely hurtful to those who are actually homosexual, Apologizing for it doesn't make it better, cornering Fuzzy and have him say "It's okay" doesn't make it right, as he has said in this topic and on the video you were wasting his time. You were acting like a homophobic jackass who was doing nothing but frustrating people, you deserve a ban.

You're correct! However I intended to avoid you after this so I don't have proof of the incidents but I do recall you further promoting the homosexual leud, and further Rdming. At that the focus is on this certain desicion a desicion when you created a leud homosexual gesture to another admin. Had you given a thousand ingame dollars immediatly this desision wouldn't matter, the fact being that you make a harse decision.


The one thing I can't understand about you Trails is that you don't even realize what you did was wrong, and have conviced yourself that what you did was 'O.K.' you can see this by the fact that you haven't even attempted to apologize for your actions in which case I might have further gone to have supported your application and possibly have asked for the removal of this ban request, but the point of my having to pressure you to say it mutes the point completely.
