The difference is your previous name was derogatory slang for a racial group while his name is a title of a racist groups leader. His name could be converted to "I'm a racist." and it wouldn't be grounds to ban them or request a name change. Being a racist, or having a name that displays you as a racist, is not grounds (IMO) for a name change so long as the name is NOT a racial slur or derogatory slang for a racial group. From a rule standpoint, being a racist is okay (Note how I said RULE and not my personal standpoint) so long as you are not actively racist against other members of the community.

*Disclaimer: My response above is looking at it from a viewpoint that makes it seem like Grand Wizard made his name that because he is a racist. I'm not saying he is, so don't say I am. It's just that viewpoint is the most logical approach to respond to your argument, which seems to be taking it that way.
