I have spent some time reading through the thread and reviewing the evidence that has been given to me. I have also seen a third person perspective from an admin who attempted to remain unbiased within that situation. From all these I can clearly see that in this situation, Doombringer is in the wrong. The toll gate is not the front door to a base, and thus means that Kyle and the rest of his friends weren't breaking any rules. Also the situation was handled very poorly on Doombringer's behalf, in no situation should users be frozen in a sit for nearly 15 minuets, that is unacceptable behavior from a high ranking staff member.

As a conclusion I have decided to unwarn the users that were warned within the situation. Following this the situation will be discussed in the lead team meeting, as the behavior shown from Doombringer is unacceptable. Thank you for making this report and attempting to improve the staff team. I much appreciate the time you spent to make this report.
