I have looked over your report and this is what I have concluded. I cannot see that DovahKitty was abusive or did what you claim he has done. According to the proof presented by both you and him the only mistakes I can see is Dovah bringing the player before going to him but I do not have enough background information on that the player could have been there before he was TPed. The other thing being Dovah lashing out and being very angry and shouting down his mic which was unprofessional by a staff member.

I have spoken to DovahKitty about the things mentioned which are not a part of the report however no further action must be taken, thank you for submitting this. Also for future times you can make an F1 or report players for breaking rules like RDM. If you choose to do so on the forums, use the tab menu to get proof of their SteamID which is essential for the report.
