He didn't actually use the soundboard, and didn't micspam...?

I've spoken with xnator to find out his side, and have also looked at the screenshots on this thread of the time.

As a result of screenshots showing you breaking TOU and many people all saying the same thing, I see nothing wrong.

You was given a chance to stop breaking TOU with a Kick, but clearly did not follow it.

However, i've told xnator to put proper reasons on the ban instead of just "Byes"
