What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
so i had just finished dealing with a situation with bleach and his friends about what loopholing is because they think i false warned them for it. Then bleach thinks its a clever idea to type this in chat "I want to go to Niger". He was also constantly interrupting a sit with multiple warnings.

In all honesty, he needs a retraining. I saw him the other day TPing in roleplay and corrected him on it, apparently he blames EMPs training as he didn't know the commands.

Quit specating each other and work as a team for fuck sake.

EDIT: The SSRP staff team always seem to be out to get each other.

Claims he is a part of it since its his friends being warned...

I personally spectated him because he seemed very suspicious and corrupt, and these are the type of people we don't want on the staff team

He does need retraining IMO

This guy is a horrible staff member, Was on for 5 mins yesturday and he tried to warn me for taking hits on miners because he was salty that he lost his iridium pick. I got para to talk to him.

He seems like a VERY biased staff member and should be watch closely the next few days.

Video clearly shows, the mod trying to come back to a sit, when being told he is not needed, and even at one point teleported away.
The unmute part, i'm not sure if it is me being blind or not, but idk what happened there, if true, then it is clear abuse and can possibly be bias.

the teleporting back and interupting a sit, he is clearly being told he is not apart of, is from my knowledge not allowed.

Also, i believe having a #Demote with someones names, is also not allowed.

Is there any context to the chat screen? I mean, Niger is a country, it's not like he said you're all a bunch of Niger, the country name to imply the n-word. Just states "I want to go to *insert country*", maybe a talk to, but may be harsh to demote him.

People immature like this are fucking awful, Idk how people get mod and act cocky thinking they own the server and can do what they want.

But i agree with grand wizard... Why are you out to get each other. Your meant to have each others back, something like this happens just speak to the staff member about it or lead team member so they can speak to them but don't make a huge deal with a demote request.

Yes, the staff team is meant to work together, but how can we work together if we have people like this who refuse to cooperate and do their staff duties correctly on the staff team? To make sure we can work together efficiently as a team, we need to make sure everyone is doing their jobs properly.

He sounds like a total prick but in all fairness Niger is a real country.

I think this is demote worthy because he does not know shit about being staff, doesnt give a fuck and has many demote requests on him.
