That would still be breaking NLR,he could of went to the other district (park district) to go the PD district rather than walking to his NLR zone to the PD district...

At 0:38 in the video,after he was alerted by Klam and Spoder, he just walked back instead of keeping going forward, he probably forgot he had NLR, he should be spoken to.

That's one of the stupidest things i've ever read. In order to respawn, you've got to realize you are dead. Then you press your mouse button and respawn. Then the big NLR timer appears on your screen. 'wow i died, sure i dont have nlr'

I clearly had to see the NLR thing over the screen, people debating on that are making no sense... That being said, I don't think it had any really impact, he just went around, not back into the bank, so I do not believe it's reason to ask for a demote. Well as staff you should be aware that if you have nlr you can't go back to the district you died in. I Don't think this is demote worthy but maybe just a talk to or just some spanking by the lead team
