What did the Staff Member(s) do?: CeeZee essentially RDM'd me; his reason for killing me was based on he assumed I entered the cave-based T room and entered the nether through that limited portal. However, in my supplied video, I did not enter said T room nor did I kill or shoot anybody that entire round.

I entered the nether by the regular portal that everybody can access yet he refuses to believe my side of the story. He argues it was "bad luck" and a "valid reason" to kill me. I simply want justice as he refuses to accept that he made a mistake and apologise for his actions. The video was originally intended for a joke on a personal level, but I've decided to take it to ZARP since he refuses to accept his mistakes.

We have already discussed this in PM's. I said I can even show you my side as to how it looked like you went in there, you then in PM's threatened me to say it was RDM or you'll report it to SA+. Which you should have done in the beggining if you felt it was talking to worthy.

But no, the only reason you made this report is because I removed you from
a groupchat, good maturity.

Tbh you should have taken it on TS or messaged a SA+ instead of bringing it over on forums. You're both Admins and it is clearly a misunderstanding.

In this screenshot, you can clearly see that I said I'd pass it onto a SA if you didn't accept it was RDM and apologise for it. Not specifically for removing from the group chat; I couldn't care less. The fact you're labelling me as immature, despite simply asking for an apology to null and void this entire report is amusing to say the least. It's past the point of no return however.

You were last seen at the T-base entrance down below at the water, I got bumped off the ledge by a discombob that I'm sure came through the nether too. I run back up using the thin line of land going uphill and look uptowards the small house. Looking at the nether portal the whole time, you did not enter it. To when you said "I'm in the nether" I had all boxes ticked for you going in the T room.

It was simply just you slipped in, in a very short time I was not looking.

In my opinion I feel it's more of a personal issue and quite frankly, this could've been handled on TeamSpeak instead of the report abuse, but it's completely up to .uzi, it's completely his choice, and I can understand where .uzi is coming from about your arrogance, it's completely un-needed and I know that you've had issues before, I suggest you try and fix it, because I believe you're a good guy with good intentions you just need to start following the rules and accepting your mistakes.

All I have to say, as I said it could've easily been resolved on TeamSpeak, but it's up to .uzi so...

I was considering making a report prior to you even removing me from the groupchat. Again, I will reiterate: I wanted you to accept that you were wrong, you had no reason to specifically call me out for being a traitor and apologise for it. Failing that, I would make a report. You then got mad and removed me from the chat because you can't stand being called ignorant. Literally everything you do is right, even if it's wrong. You are "always" right. All you had to do was apologise for it but you refused.

In short: don't kill someone in the nether unless you saw them go into the T room.

As stated, I said sorry to him over skype later last night. He then made a meme out of it in a video, I laughed at it, he then started getting hostile saying I didn't admit it was RDM, until this occurred.

If an SA+ wants to speak with me about it, sure go ahead. But I'm not contributing to this anymore.

You couldn't have apologised if you continued to claim it was valid and just "bad luck" on my part. Completely stupid argument.
