4.6 Street Bases - Bases may be built outside of a properties confinement as long as they do not intrude on a property you do not own and do not prohibit vehicles from passing. Clarification, I see super admins noclipping while building all the time too, but some clarification on that would be nice

I have ONE question for you,

How many excuses are you gonna have for breaking rules and abusing?
If you have alot I am gonna join jokerman with some popcorn (I'll bring some soda)

Tbh the only server rules broken I could see was having a no-collided prop and not having support from the world or props, but he should get talked to especially because of the noclipping to avoid dying from the car.

I truly miss the days where an admin could walk up to another admin and say "Hey buddy you are breaking a rule atm" Then they could probably have talked this out and moved on with their lifes. Walk3r is bringing this up in the Lead Team as he has stated previously, if you have any more proof to upload Holly direct it to Walk3r or another lead team member.
