i saw this and thought Jesus Christ big server you have there you can see it was not a proper server and he was clearly just checking stuff out not really demote worthy all you other staff need to step out and look at this for a second i mean can he just fiddle with gmod a bit you can see the only ppl on there are jazzmazz his mate and para and frentium not some community with a ts and website god he does not even have any other addon's accept the base darkrp on workshop XD everyone saying demote worthy have you never tested things out before messing around with mates i talked to him about it on steam and he said he was making it just for a bit of fun with his mates

By the sounds of it, the way you were asking people how you could improve on it really made me think it wasn't meant to be a private, friends only server. Sounds like you were trying to start something bigger.

Although the server isn't actually a community yet, so it's not really that big of a deal to be honest, maybe the lead team should talk to him about it, not a full fledged demote. No harm done.

I have talked with jazzy and he has told me that he isn't wanting to make the server public, it's just a private server that won't do much harm, ofcourse if he launches it he will be in trouble, though i will bring it up in the lead team just incase one of the other staff has another opinion on this.
