The last VId mario linker clearly shots NLR + rdm of you. If he counted the Nlr he would have no attention to kill you at all.
You can kill tresspassers on your own property..

Use a bit of Common sense guys. By intruding on a property that you do not have any acess from the owner(s) to enter you are expecting to be killed or dealt with in a other way.

And shop you say? I dont see any shop at all, only you entering his private shooting range made of Wooden materials. And please explain hos it can be a shop when he is a master thief.

And under 4.0 ~ there is no rulee that requires your base to have a Sign that says "KOS" to be able to kill tresspassers. And if you say its a shop, you are wrong there is no building Sign neither a visible rp house Sign according to video 1. So under 5.5 Shops - he deserves all rights to defend his property or "shop" as you guys call it as its a raidable base according to the rules.
