Story - He raided my shop 3x times and rda me when he was cop

1st one - He already got me warned for that I dont know why he is including that here

this is not warn request. this is ban request + kat has been spectating you and he can confirm all illegal raids

The only thing you have evidence of is something you got me warned for, I have been punished.

Here is some story. panda was angry at james because james had gotten him warned twice(as far is understood) then he kinda stalked him waiting for him to place he's shop just so he could raid it. i saw him waiting in an ally for him to place he's shop. as soon as james places he's shop panda pulls out an rpg and shoots it. this was done 3 times but i only saw the last. he must have also broke raidtimer a couple of times

Destiny your record for RDM is extremely bad. You seem to RDM for fun then make an excuse up when you're brought to an F1. You've been caught by a SA and now on Jame's stream. If I was home I'd ban you myself right now.
