Asking "Why isn't it blacklisted?" Would usually be a question to staff, and just after those statements Chester was warned by Ryan.

He didn't use his MIC. As I said he totally ignore us both. as confirmed above.

So originally you "almost" forgot that you used the mic Ryan?

Nobody would forget to say that in their defense and wait to someone said "He probably did say it on the mic"

Too me your defense seems jumbled and confused, as that you seem to be making it up as you go.
I personally do not care about this but no body should lie about what happened, you should have a bit more maturity and respect.

Now people who wasn't there should not be saying what would of probably happened, stay out of it and let the lead team get to the bottom of it. You are just causing arguments and much more hassle than their needs to be. whoever was witness Should state that they was there and their version of events.

Apart from that. Nobody has a right to say what "probably happened".

But i looked at the proof for a long time, and you raelly didn't tell Chester to delete the prop.
Also if you did say it in mic some proof would be good.

Thank you sabre for proving he was talking on mic. You can see in this image

that chester was obviously replying to him as ryan was speaking on mic. No person would talk to their selves, this is my example of how it looked like:

Ryan (Mic): Don't spawn a big prop on the road again!
*Ryan warns*
Chester: Arh!
Ryan (Mic): Don't do it again.
Chester: Okay.
Chester: Why isn't that blacklisted?

This obviously proves Ryan was using his Microphone, and Chester is the one guilty here. Chester was probably mad about the warning so he came here and made the report. Thank you sabre. Now that we have proof against your "Prove that he talked on mic" we need your proof against our argument and evidence.

We agreed that Ryan acted correctly, and Chester didn't. In future, Chester, if you need a prop blacklisting, you should make an F1 calling for a SA, or try to get in touch with a SA.
