Okay so Morgan your story is a complete lie. For starters it says "I was in the sewers when I was with Flare I then went afk for 45 seconds" Now this is a lie and i can prove it with screenshots. You were buying a base from CC | Flare as a Mod On Duty which is clearly Fail RP. Also you brought him back again for a reason that your base that you bought of him was broken or something?

It's called I still had it duped? I changed jobs after I duped it, then paid him. I then replaced it because I was having issues duping it. So?

So.
Let's start off with the beginning of the story.

Morgan came online, asked me about a base that I promised to make for him a month ago. I then said I may got a base you wanna take a look at. Yes he was a mod on duty but he was following me the whole time to the metro, where I then spawned in the base for him. After a bit of smalltalk he decided to take it. I then added him to buddylist so he could dupe it. After he duped it, he changed job and then payed me. Then I walked off and played along. He suddenly asked me if he can teleport me because there seems to be an issue with the dupe, I aggreed and got teleported to him, fixed the problem and started playing again.

What did we learn?
He did not FailRP since he changed jobs while paying me.
Yes he did TP me after it without being MoD but it was a valid reason since it has to be fixed.

Yes he did teleport to me for no reason. So i'm going with a:

Since it was the first time I noticed him abusing it and it didn't interrupt anyone I'd say atleast give him a second chance.

Today me and Veritas was basing and roleplaying very seriously when this joker came out of nowhere and started whining on our base. We eventually agreed to remove most of it and then he called over a police officer whom he told to scan our base without any given reason.
