Ill explain:
Elmer had banned a guy earlier permanently, I had talked to the guys friends and decided to shorten the ban time, I looked through the console and found it, something must have pissed up and it didnt copy because I still had your ID from this ban request.

On futher thought I guess I was just annoyed I didnt get the hit and he had appeared to abuse. So il close this
