TOPIC: [WARNED] WackyWazza - Demote Request.

Reason - <Admitted to interfering with RP as moderator on duty, killing around 7 people while doing so, to protect a friend's printers.
A youtube video from Chris showing him having 1 keypad in, which is too far.
And no keypads out.>
Story - <I heard Wacky was mass RDMing, so i came on the server.
I brought Wacky, and asked him a couple of questions, until he admitted as shown in the screenshot.
Wacky has been a real problem for everyone.
He has been kicked by Fruer for micspamming for example.
And alot more.
He also said he forgot that he was moderator on duty.
But i think that's a simple lie, as you don't change to MoD and then start killing people to protect a friend's printers.>

I'm sorry, as hyper as his attention to being an overly friendly person is - having him as a moderator is an utter joke.

From his duties, I've had to deal with him on several occasions - as well as receiving intervention from superadmin Konth simultaneously.

With regard to the mass RDM, Zart defended on another mod report that he had 'forgot he was a MoD' - but I'll quote myself from the OP:

In these circumstances, he admitted that 'the teleport didn't work' but I argued that his intentions WERE to abuse teleport. Konth can confirm that this particular TP was to avoid using his fading door.

He teleports, or comes over on foot - hyperactively talking over me (often whilst dealing with something), and has previously teleported to me 3 times consecutively despite being told not to whilst I dealt with his friend.

Finally - my last whine is that in one instance today, he and silent phoenix were given noclip by Captaincody. They wanted to do a preposterous event, that never even happened. Instead - I became aware of their noclip because I was spectating someone and saw a mod on duty clipping around.

He strongly demanded an apology because he is "fuming" that the video depicts something that was dealt with. Firstly, it wasn't dealt with - because no warning was issued and Konth told me to make a demote request. Secondly, he should have known this as a moderator, but still claims he "didn't know about it"

He is making suggestive threats 'not to demote him' - demanding a refund should he be demoted.

Mostly for all the reasons that Smallville stated.

And for the fact that he keeps causing messes that I end up having to clean up myself. He barely knows the freaking rules as it is.

He also seems to only help his friends. Am I the only one to notice this?

+Support I've seen him call players rude things in F1 Situations He told a kid Be Quiet you little shit. Im pretty sure you dont talk to players like that as a moderator.
