Story - (What happened?) I got scammed by baxter for a gjugg, i didnt report it until now as it would have made the server less fun however as he is now banned it wont change the server if he payed it to me.

You probably should have reported this immediately - That gjugg is now completely in someone else's possession and I'm not sure how they can be expected to give that item since they were technically uninvolved in the whole scamming situation?
