In regards to the first video, it was directed at all the people in the trap and not directly at you. However with the second video, That attitude is not acceptable by staff of ZARP so he probably will only get a talking to about his attitude. Thanks for the report fella. All I can say is that I witnessed a bit of hostility on both sides, but I can't tell if there was some bad blood going on between you too before this (on TTT maybe?).
However, I don't think you should get offended by what he said in the first clip, but I do understand that you potentially feel hurt because of what was said in the second clip.
I'd say both of you need to sort out what's happening between you, and maybe try to keep it rather neutral in the future to avoid these types of things.

The second one seems like a joke that was taken too far. I would understand if it offended you. But this seems like a minor accident and Stephen shouldn't get demoted for this. I really don't think Stephan meant any harm to what he was saying and was mainly just joking around, However, I will talk to him and let him know he shouldn't joke around as much with you as you clearly don't like it.
