Well whoever is letting people off with that should be reported. When I was in the CM team, I know for sure I pushed staff to enforce this so, for some reason, by the sounds of it people are just ignoring this now?

Everything is biased and people turn a blind eye if they like said person. Even with legitimate reasons you get shut down and even when staff are honest they are forced to go with what the corrupt person wants

Reason why people are not allowed to pay for other peoples scam bans is because it got way too carried away, people didn't take the bans serious because they knew their friends would pay off the debt and it should only be the guy who scams that should pay back or it's no unban, simple as. It is the easiest rule to follow yet people fail to follow it because they are idiots.

i personally think the rule is a bit stupid because if they legit can't pay it because they are too poor ingame and made the mistake to scam and then going to have to buy boosters maybe they are poor and or live ina third or second world country and will just stay banned even if they learned their lesson and have a friend or a nice person who would be willing to refund and the person who got scammed will never get repaid

As far as I see it, as he is not banned for scamming currently, someone else can pay for it, as the rule only seems to cover if they are banned.
