I think the outcome of this should be Freddie_ being warned, and Krispay being banned. Judging by screenshots are shown throughout this thread of disrespect from both sides, the punishments would make sense. In addition, Freddie_ has one recent, whereas Krispay has around 5 or 6. Hey OptiC,

After looking through your report and additional evidence provided in the replies to this post, I've formed my verdict. I can clearly see Freddie_ harassing you by referencing the loss of your father in a joking manner. This kind of behavior is definately unacceptable and will be punished.

I've seen you acting very disrespectful aswell however. You have called other peoples lifes "meaningless" and "pointless" on multiple occasions and threatened other people with violence. Even if your actions are purely based on Freddie_'s offensive jokes, they are absolutely inappropriate and will be punished aswell.

Since Freddie_ has one recent punishment, he will receive a warning for his actions. You currently have five recent punishments, including a kick by Clarky for disrespectful behavior and therefore will receive a one week ban for your behavior.

Apart from Martin's verdict: Since some members of staff refrained from punishing the Users involved in this horrendous act of harassment, I have contacted a higher-up who will be providing us with the chat logs shortly. Everyone who was involved will be receiving an offline punishment. This was just a small notice so you don't act surprised when you see your RapSheet(s).
