I can confirm myself after watching the video it was mainly JMT that was "bullying" the user. It would make life so much easier if JMT did upload the footage though...

The behaviour displayed in the video is completely unacceptable and is not to the standard we expect staff members to uphold. I have spoken with Woggles about this incident and he has apologised for his negligence.

I will be bringing up Woggles in the next lead team meeting so we can democratically select an appropriate course of action.

On the other hand, JMT has been banned for his accumulation of punishments in-game alongside his blatant harrassment seen in the original video.
