Name - What is the accused person's name? : [Zarp] Wolf
STEAM-ID - What is the accused person's STEAM-ID? : Didn't get as it was yesterday, sorry.
Reason - What rules did the person break? : Threatning to DDoS, Kicking me as mod, Slaying me, Breaking NLR 3 times, FAIL rp.
Story - What happened? : I was Master thief, and I said 10k or die! This guy had over 100k at this moment, so I was allowed to do it. He refused and I shot him, and he kicked me for RDM.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened.

He should be demoted instantly from being mod, he has applied with 4 other communities just this week.

Well... I actually liked Wolf... But I'm no guy for fanboyism, so based on all this proof, I'm going to have to [size=360:2bu6xtmz]+SUPPORT[/size] this.

But it doesn't really matter, he said over TeamSpeak: "I'm going to leave Zarp anyway, so I don't care about the "demotion request".

If he's doing this because he's leaving anyway, I guess we should make sure he can't get back. He'll probally do some more before the demotion steps in place.

It's suspicious that the (SOMEONE) slayed You appears at the bottom when I can see there is text on from that. He might have submitted a reason in OOC - it doesn't prove that you didn't deserve it either - as much as mods should NEVER take action on others.

Not sure whether they weigh out, but to conclude:
your last screenshot looks staged and could be hiding a slay reason on from that; the DDoS proof could have been provoked - I see you ARE trying to provoke him and you probably WERE mod at that time.

Last but not least, you might have been demoted before that kick, we don't know. As evident in a previous case, you have done stuff that really means you could deserve this.

As some of the proof appears to be hiding something with intent, I'm staying NEUTRAL as that may be the case.

Someone needs to close this one. Wolf has apperantly left the community.
