Onion dealt with something like this a few days ago, pretty sure he said that this (not having any rules) was invalid which means that you either have to roll again with rules or just leave it.

Just looking into this, there were no rules on what you bet on as it higher or lower or whatever. So, unfortunately, I am going to put this as being invalid because there were no rules. Suken does not have to pay back the items, but you are all welcome to do a re-roll. Sorry for the long wait.
