And by saying sorle did something wrong, it's kind of giving the impression that Mr red x should do what skeleton is suggesting. While he is holding a staff rank he is part of the staff team and he is still representing it. Until a Lead Team member is not available to take his rank he may do staff duties. This would only be a problem if he would of ignored other players breaking rules but not you.
