I don't see how this is scamming? You're not paying more for an item, you pay the regular price and he's just trying to get you to buy it. When you're buying stuff just look at the price He is advertising the item as considerably cheaper then it actually is, trying to trick people into buying it. Some people might not pay attention whilst actually in the buy menu. I would say its defo scamming and some action should be taken. |

This is very bad logic, it's not about them not being careful, its baxter tricking people he's selling cheap af so people would instantly buy before checking the price, so it's literally trickery. Windows wrote:

I have allready spoken to Baxter Black about this incident. And made sure that, it's not gonna happend again. - People acually lost money in this situation, and therefor it's considered a scam. This request will be brought up in the leadteam meeting, so we can discuss further on what's going to happen. Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] Scamming Scamming is the act of stealing money, items or ZARP VIP/Booster Packs from another player through deception or trickery. It is strictly prohibited under the rules and can be punishable by our administration team. Scamming has long been an issue on ZARP, and there is a wide range of scams that range from the obvious to the in-depth and complex. Nearly all scams involve tricking the victim one way or another, although sometimes scammers will exploit the Trade System or other game features or bugs in order to steal other players items. (It is not considered a scam unless money or items are lost or received.) Except in the case of agreed upon coinflips, dice rolls or minigames. If a trade or deal seems good to be true, it’s most likely a scam. |
