In response to this, I would just like to mention that situations can become complicated and as you previous stated this being a grey area situation, I think it would be best to leave it at that. Unless you can show us a video of exactly what happened then we might have a difference stance on things, but honestly everything just turns into a few seconds and then it just becomes petty to look into every minor detail.

The second case is not RDM as you could be lying about the reason for killing the inno you did (e.g. if you were a traitor). The first case is also not RDM as if he gives you two warnings, and you stated you had a late response to them (meaning you were still using the health station) he is allowed to kill you unfortunately. Not a good argument my dude. If you kill an innocent you can be KOSed regardless of the situation, why you killed them, or any of the events leading up to it. Reason being is cus not only would it slow down the game to force users to question you but also even if you are proven that does not make you immune to being KOSed. Think about it like this, we got a mass RDMer who starts by killing a traitor, you can't say well hes proven so we can't kill him for then killing 4 innocents. Also people can lie about killing a traitor so it doesn't make you proven at all.

However, Jonesy, I can tell you that this won't go anywhere. I understand you have all the best intentions, however the acts committed by LonelyDodo in this event are not punishable and users would be let off in these scenarios as well.

Had he made the report in time I would have shadow play footage of this situation. but its like an hour ago. Anyway he was still well within 1 block radius of the HS but I cant be assed to discuss this any further
