Xnator has done this before. Trust me - he's pretended to be drunk like this relatively often, and once he's done with "pretending" he goes back to the way he normally behaves.

Should not be an excuse, when Raeker had his own drunken escapade he was punished for it as far as I remember, and not only that, he also made a huge apology post, Xnator shouldn't be exempt from this.

I was never punished for it specifically, however I did end up apologising for my actions at the time.

Someone that did end up getting punished for doing stuff when joining the TS drunk was Ace, but that also had to do with a whole bunch of other stuff and not his drunk escapades specifically.

lmao I remember being with Roy and Ace was drunk af at a party and he joined our channel with music fucking banging and him screaming "post it on the forums" for no reason
