Why the fuck are you guys making this so complicated lmao. Just get an SA+ to speak to the kid and tell him that this isn't allowed, regardless of whether or not he did it on purpose.

Unfortunately that is not enough proof of an exploit.
People were talking over the sound, and it was impossible to hear if he did exploit or not.
(I have talked to Twardy about all of this, and made sure not to tp people like that ever again)
