How are you going punish him when you admit you were proppushing as well? Avoiding a sit? it was not clear you teleported to him as you teleported to the area. You could have went to him which would of gave him the message prompt that he was teleported to. It isn't his job to assume a staff member teleporting is there for him. You have all the tools to guarantee someone is aware of your presence and can make sure they cannot leave.

After speaking with Sammy I've been informed after you hyper TP away you were frozen and then Sammy TP'd to you which would have prompt'd you that Sammy did in-fact TP to you. After this you choose to kill Sammy. What you did was in-fact avoid a sit.
