At roughly 12:30 am MST steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198967361788 (server name: Paccon) agreed in coinflip chat to flip 40 boosters vs 40 boosters. He refused to pay after losing, I don't have screenshots I'm away for the holidays and don't have my clipping software on my laptop. I need a Community Manager to provide the chat logs, he agreed to buy them and give them to me. The time given is a rough estimate, but the rate of 40 boosters vs 40 boosters was directly agreed upon by both party's. Me, steamcommunity.com/id/B3AM3R/ (papa VOID) was the winner of this flip.

He's adamant that i made an agreement to double up at this moment and has consistently defaulted to this when I prompt him to pay out. There is no chat log of this.
