No evidence. Hopefully you can look at logs that include the NLR.

Reason - (What rules did the person break?)
Broke NLR 3-4 times just to raid us and then leave straight after. (Please bare in mind that he does this EVERY day. it's tiring. Thought the people who were banned before, were banned for a reason? :'()
Story - (What happened?)
In short, I was basing with 'uwu type shiiii', and turtlx comes running in with Jet suit and gluon twice. I managed to kill him those two times without unequipping but after that, I had to unequip. Low 'n' behold, he comes back again, kills me, raids us.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
