Reson: ghosting or whatever he's doing

Yesterday,when administrators was on the server,he couldn't kill anybody. He probably didn't have more than two (at most) kills per round. Now,he knows everything. I was hidden on a very god spot,the spot you can't see at first,and he is just shot one bullet and kill me (i was a pole on the other side of the laders).
If you don't trust me,please come to server and ask other players. Here is some screenshot's from only one,final round of underwataa map where he's kill 7 different props in 20 seconds (and no,they are not in human form,they are all props which you can tell by time):
