How would it benefit the server: Adds a money sink

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't see any

Additional notes: Change the currency from USD to GBP. The money in the economy would be decreased by 18%

$1=£0.82

And change the currency of zarp to the meta currency the good old GREAT BRITISH POUND. COME ON ENGLAND
