Hey Jugger, I know how it feels, trust me. Get some anti-depressants and try to change your routine after feeling more adjusted to the medication. Medicine might help, but physical things like going to a semi-gym crowded gym, or at least talking to nice people irl is way better than just sitting at home and talking your medication.
