I always love when you guys break out the tin foil hats come up with a new conspiracy theory, I never know what you guys are gonna come up with and it never ceases to amaze me. Which is why I've seen people roll 101 out of 100 using this method?

I've rolled 2.6 in game and i can get 3. i think you need to check the function
