Wiz, I appreciate you taking the time to explain the thought process and reasoning behind it. I feel that it strengthens my point though. To someone like AJ and many players that are not heavy raiders, can you see how that logic would be harder to piece together? Regardless, AJ was in the wrong but I feel it would do many people a great service to have your explanation in the rules.

I also feel people are taking my previous post as me not understanding how the bank operates. I'm simply proposing a question that shows the rules in their current state leave something to be desired in terms of clarity.

Edit: I'm also just now realizing I always visualize s3's bank instead of 1 or 2. Makes it a lot easier to see why lack of understanding wouldn't be accepted.
