TOPIC: Who handles SSRP Staff?

People are screaming "this server is dead, just RDM and the admins are sleeping" and who can blame them, just got on, there are 14 F1s and no one but me and Fred are doing them, with 10 staff members online... Like, can we get some grip on this?
This two next weeks will be hard to keep up with the F1s, college stuff, but I still come on and try to do a few per day, but literally no one online is even bothering with them.
10 mods/5 admins are accepted per week but after the power is given is there any cheking up on them to see if they didn't become complacent?
If any admins could come in and help, I'd appreciate it.

I'm going to start speaking to people who I consistently see ignoring F1's, personally.

Usually, if I'm not doing F1's, I'm either busy or I've just done a fuckton and I've burnt out for the day.

I'll come online and help in a moment.

I always ask people using admin chat to do F1s if there are a lot and there aren't many people doing them, but if people have a consistently low F1 count, they will be spoken to by the SSRP Lead Team (unless they give a valid excuse).

There should be a minimum amount of f1's done a week

The F1 count should be raised to 70 a week. Too many Staff members are applying to help themselves and protect themselves from being RDM'd aka losing items. Some Staff members doesn't even know the rules.. :/

For people who say there should be a minimum amount of F1s, no there shouldn't.

Some people are only able to play around times where there aren't as many F1s, but they still do them whenever they see them, and do their fair share of the amount of F1s most of the time. These people could then end up not being able to keep up with the "minimum" amount, and be demoted unfairly.

When I still played, I saw players (STAFF) running around, ignoring people that are in need of help.
I made an F1 and waited 46 minutes before it got handled by a new Moderator. Still there were 30+ Staff members on.
You see. Most staff only use powers to help themselves. They don't care about what happens to others. If I get rdmd in front of somebody, they won't do anything. But if the guy kills the Staff member, he'd get punished instantly.

Setting a minimum F1 count per person would be far too much for the Lead Team to keep track of, as there are a lot of staff.

That is true, people do need breaks to RP, however if it is a consistent issue with the same staff members, then there should be at least something done about it. I'll talk to someone at some point just to let them know that this is starting to cause some issues.

For the last 3 days now, every time I log on, there are atleast 12 unhandled F1s and rarely anyone doing any. I report a LOT of staff members to multiple lead team members, but nothing gets done. I'm not saying I expected them all to be demoted, but the LT staff I talk to say they spoke to them, but the staff still act the same.

Some lead team members are just as lazy as the staff I complain to them about.

I laugh at people who say we don't need a minimum or bumping it up won't help.

The current issue with the f1s is that the minimum is so low they can just rush through their f1's and chill for the week, I know so many people who are guilty of this, it's crazy

I'd like to add that a few of the staff I've encountered actually do nothing, break rules or use powers to their own advantage (not going to say names considering the lack of proof I have) but I've once been frozen by an admin for defending a PD raid from police with a sniper from a distance which is completely unfair as I wasn't breaking any rules whatsoever.
