Despite all of this, I personally help out with the F1s when needed, aka when there is many F1s. Our work may go unnoticed which is quite normal since we don't work directly with users, but we do our roles and it's a big one.

I know what you mean about staff, I have been saying it a lot but I get shut down or banned for being toxic just do what I do and say %2 to the staff you like/respect for doing there job. Its not being toxic due to you complicating the good staff but what it really means is the people you dont say it to are bad staff but you cant call them out directly due to how things work

Im still gonna use it and I recommend you and people who feel like you do the same

(if you couldnt guess the %2 means the %2 of the staff team that are doing good out of the whole %100)
