As far as i'm aware( or at least that's how it was ), f1's are not mandatory once you are a super admin or higher.

I will step in here to clarify. Now as lead team it isn't your job to do F1s, but there's nothing wrong with doing them. We expect our Mods and Admins to maintain the sever of rulebreak, it is their job after all. As for us, we maintain the staff team, make sure the staff do their job properly, train new staff, help them, handle staff-to-staff situations, catch hackers, and we do deal with rule break if we see it occur.
Despite all of this, I personally help out with the F1s when needed, aka when there is many F1s. Our work may go unnoticed which is quite normal since we don't work directly with users, but we do our roles and it's a big one.
