Hello pika, what they mean by being immature is you joining server's and breaking rules. I remember a while ago when you joined and wouldn't stop mic spamming

Pika I am going to be honest, from the stuff I see you do and say to others in disgusting, and this is not the type of person I'd ever want in my staff team, and if someone were to get accepted that was like this, they'd be demoted simple as that.
You have not changed your attitude, maturity or respect towards others since I've seen you on other servers, so until you do I can assure that you would not get accepted for Moderator on Deathrun.

Once i get home in an hour ill reply in a language he understands and will provide the english version aswell

With maturity people speak of your general attitude towards other players. Saying things like "I'll kill your mother" (not that you have said this, only an example) can be classified as immature, whilst staying calm and collected at many difficult moments can be seen as mature.

For example, I think you making this post was a mature thing to do, as it shows to everyone that you want to improve. I respect that.

Another thing that annoys many people is the fact that every time you make an application people respond negatively to it and you make a post on the forums that you don't think people like you very much.

That is an immature thing to do, as it shows that you do not understand some of the most basic principles of criticism and the correct course of action to take when dealing with them.

pika, wat mensen bedoelen met activity is dat je niet actief genoeg bent op de server, ze willen minstens 2 weken constante activiteit zien.
de reden dat ze jouw immature noemen (immature betekent kinderachtig) is omdat jij denkt dat mensen kicken, uitschelden, en racistisch zijn grappig vind, jij denkt dat goed kritiek pesten is, daarom vinden mensen jouw ook irritant en kinderachtig
ze willen dat je je wat volwassener gedraagt, daarmee wordt bedoeld dat je niet meteen boos of verdrietig moet worden als iemand jouw wat zegt wat jij niet leuk vindt maar gewoon kalm blijven, iets wat jij helemaal niet kan, er zijn be jouw veel meer negatieve dingen te zeggen dan positieve omdat jij je gewoon (beetje lullig) maar als een klein kind gedraagt.

as for the reason they call you immature, is because you think its fun to kick people, disrespect them and think its fun being racist, you think constructive criticism is bullying, that is a big reason people find you annoying and childish
they are looking for people that are much more mature that don't immediately flip out or get sad if people are doing something to them such as disrespect, which is something you cant do, there are more negative things than positive things to talk about you because, to put it bluntly, you act like a immature little child.
