Just use Plays.TV or Shadowplay

Both of them contain the feature to save past X minutes.
I personally have my plays set to save past 10 mins

This post is just causing drama and stuff is not needed. If you caught or catch staff abusing contact a Super Admin or Head Admin either on Team Speak or in-game or even just make a report on the forums using the template and provide proof.
