This is all your fault, your attitude has always and apparently continues to be toxic and disgusting. Your clear disregard for the time and place and your inability to control yourself has led you to the current predicament where when you do even the slightest thing you do wrong your going to be punished heavily for it.

Same shit? First ban was justified since I insulted you. The second one took place outside of ZARP and did not break TOU. Don't really see the similarity between the two.

Though I think the ban is unjustified there isn't even a point arguing, lead team are unlikely to change their minds

Best way to not get banned is to simply not make jokes about terror attacks. It's actually pretty easy.
