I think this would be good as a replacement for !motd as it could offer up better information within a nice little applet kind of deal. Think about it, when you do !motd instead of getting a forum post with basic rule information it will provide a website with example scenarios, building tips, money making strategies and other nice things that would not be easily found within the forums.
