There is so many different aspects of league that can make you win a lane or a game in general.. When to push when to not push when to get tower, when to gank all that. But as Plankton said rewatch your game and look at your overall game as a "hater" so you can call yourself out on the things you need to improve on.. But a thing that IMO is extremely important that have helped me out a lot is working on my decision making.

Play easy champs if you want the win and the climb then use normals for trying new champs, simple.

and chill out with flaming, all 5 of you want the game result at the end of the day, by making them feel shity not only do you get punished you all lose...

Be a cunt like me and start maining one TILTING champion such as lee sin, zed, yasuo, master yi ect. and guaranteed chance if you first blood the enemy team and say "CY@ BBY" they're gonna go cry and gonna report u for flame and be tilted for the rest of the game.
