Don't ask for votes from the community, apply when you feel like you're ready to become an SSRP admin, not based of what people say.

I did the same with LuckyRF on deathrun,and he became a better admin.

These are some pretty big rules that have been broken ... but this was on your early stage of moderating the server.
I feel you have learned from your mistakes and from my understanding are trying very hard to help the server.
Hope I see as an admin someday Vego.
