Please note theres a difference between joking about it and describing something/someone as cancer/cancerous

No there no difference at all cancer is cancer and it's not a joke. Do you think the people who have it that are suffering in pain and knowing their life is coming to a end would be like haha he made a cancer joke it's ok tho because he thought it was funny? Not at all!

Not what I said, i said describing something/someone as cancer/cancerous aka as bad as cancer so awful or horible and making a cancer joke is different.
