Im not good with pc's It has a gtx 960 though.

You should always try to build one, but i think the pc could run most of the games at max settings you listed except rust, you will need a better pc to run rust on ultra.

But yh I mean the card is "decent" I would not suggest that pc due to the fact of the CPU and the motherboard it has on it (that motherboard wont be future proof)

But from experience with gaming laptops I will always choose a desktop instead now, there is no way for you to upgrade them freely and don't have as many parts that are powerful in comparison to a desktop, so you're on the right track with that one!

See I have a GTX 960 and I run rust and GTA V fine at high settings , I can even play multiple sessions at once

Its not just about processor for streaming as it also needs to have good RAM, he also never said he wanted to stream.

Mytic x Toxic good advice is the card is nice for what you want to play just the proccesor you want either an i5 Product or something similar to a AMD FX8350 but yh hope I helped.

You might wanna keep an eye out for the new GPUs coming out such as the GTX 1070, it should have a list price of 370-380 USD and is said to be faster than the Titan X. Just saying you might do well to wait as you might get a system that isn't much more expensive but a lot faster.
