Jimmy P is kinda right, unless your taking a job which English or Maths GCSE's are specifically needed your GCSE's will be overlooked but you wont get judged by then too much, its more of a whatever subject the job is specefict to (eg. ICT, Art) etc.

Plus its all changing in the following years grades will not be letters but numbers and shit tons of things which can lead to mass unemployment if not done correctly
