Nah I had a heart attack over having diabetes (thanks wilfred brimley...) and eating McD biscuit and gravy with extra gravy every morning for the past year lol. Just have not been taking care of myself like I should. I used to lift 6 days a week and be in shape when I was younger. Now I work in IT and then come home and game. 42yo and it catches up with ya.
