And that's the thing with this question I don't think I would advice myself much because all the experience good and bad have led me to become the man I am today and I am extremely grateful and happy in life because of everything that has happened too me I think I would just tell myself that no matter how bad things may seem you would always get through it and things always get better

Social media makes so many of us compare our lives to the snippets of all the positive moments in other people's life's giving people huge life dissatisfaction. so it is a double edged sword.
