Nah neither I compete in boxing for my university something which bodybuilding absolutely has not helped in because it made me an oversized midget so when it comes to sparring and fighting, my weight category has me fighting gorillas
and on top of that I get so tired from my muscle mass which I'm now aiming to drop

and my PR for deadlifting would be 200kg (if I'm remembering correctly) for 3 reps, I never attempted a 1 rep max because I actually like having a spine. for bench that sucked it was a 100kg 1RM because I hated chest, funnily I could shoulder press my chest max, and for squats I can't remember my max but I think 180kg was the most I tried, I just never wanted to squat and not come back up again
and I hip thrusted a few times until I realised how many people in the gym would just watch me as I do it, the gym is a creepy place sometimes
